Upon moving into the AppRent community, you will receive a welcome email from Admin@AppRent.com, providing you with your username and a temporary password. Utilizing those credentials, login and reset your password. From there, you are good to go!

Accounts are created automatically and enrolled tothe email address you provided to theleasing office when you registered.

Check your spam folder to ensure your welcome emaildid not end up there. If you can’t find it,click the “forgot password” button and a credentialsreset email will be sent to you. If you do notreceive that email, contact our support team. Support@AppRent.com

The default username for each resident is your firstand last name, with the first letter of eachcapitalized. For example: Jon Dough. If you wantto edit your username, it can be changed bythe leasing office.

Click the “forgot password” button on the login screen.From there, you will be prompted to enteryour email address. Upon entry, an email will be sentto you outlining steps on how to reset yourcredentials.

Your account may be locked for numerous reasons. AppRentauto locks accounts from payingonline if one’s status with the leasing office ischanged to “certified funds only.” This can happenunder eviction, or if more than one payment bouncesor is declined.If your account is locked, no need to worry, you canstill make payments using your MoneyGrampartnership. If you feel your account was locked incorrectly,contact the leasing office forimmediate assistance.
