AppRent Announces VP of Sales: Nia M. Walters
Nia expands AppRent’s leadership with a deep understanding of property management, along with the practical knowledge of industry needs.
Ramsey, NJ: AppRent, after recently launching new software for property maintenance, is pleased to announce that Nia Walters, a seasoned property management professional, has joined the team as Vice President of Sales. Nia will lead business development, customer acquisition, and retention. Additionally, she will ensure that our property management partners receive concierge-level service.

During her 24-year career in the real estate industry, Nia garnered numerous awards from apartment associations, both as an operator and as a vendor. Additionally, she was an active board member with the Apartment Association of Kansas City.
“I’m looking forward to helping our industry upgrade its software solutions. In my previous roles, I saw first-hand the challenges and struggles facing property managers daily. This role is a chance to address those issues and improve the day-to-day workflow of on-site managers, maintenance teams, and corporate management.”
Outside of work, Nia enjoys spending time in her woodshop, conquering the newest escape room, and spending time with her husband, two children (Mason and Leila), and two labradoodles (Teddy and Juno). On Sundays during football season, you can find her cheering on her favorite team, the Kansas City Chiefs.
